We understand how important floor plans are for real estate listings, but we also know that when it comes to marketing a property for sale, the costs can just keep adding up. This is why we have introduced our new low-cost black & white real estate floor plans!
Our pricing is simple! Just $99 +GST (For any house up to 4 bedrooms – including enclosed offices) and we will come to your listing (Sunshine Coast area) and measure the house and then draw it up and get it back to you finalised within 48 hours.

We have tried to keep our pricing structure as simple as possible. So we will measure and draw your house on the Sunshine Coast up to a 4 bedroom (enclosed offices included as bedroom) for just $99 + GST! Houses over 350sqm will incur additional cost.
